ID Verification Requirement

Important: Each person must carry or show their original government-approved photo ID / digital photocopy of (AADHAR / Driver's License / Passport) on the day of sailing. This is mandatory for security purposes.

We implement strict security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. Your data is stored securely and is only accessible by authorized personnel.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared with authorities only when required by law or for security clearances.

Important Notes

Leisure sailings will be available daily at Mumbai from early October to May
All prices are for 2 hrs session including transfer time
All prices are for hiring a full yacht with its respective allowed passenger capacity
Crew / Sailor on board provided
Every yacht is equipped with safety equipment
Advance booking essential with 50% advance payment
Special celebration packages available for birthdays, anniversaries etc. - please ask for details
There are many more options available. Please share your requirements and budget so that appropriate options can be advised

Special Pricing

Prices vary on special days including: Dussehra, Diwali, Christmas, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Rang Panchami, Independence Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and long holidays.

Prices also vary for commercial and special function professional shoots.

Permits & Permissions Required

Alcohol Permit: Required if carrying alcohol on board
Police Permission: Essential for carrying & using professional / DSLR Camera
Police Permission: Essential for DJ, live performance / instrumental shows

Sailing Restrictions

⚓ Sailing not available on Navy Day: 11th - 14th December

Mandatory Requirements

Signing of disclaimer is mandatory
Unauthorized persons / restricted 🚫 items NOT allowed on-board
Each person must carry their original government-approved photo ID on sailing day

Booking Policies

⚠️ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

Bookings for yacht sailing in Mumbai have strict policies for cancellation and rescheduling.

1. Cancellation by Customer

No Refund: Bookings are NOT cancellable by the customer. No refund will be given for bookings cancelled by the customer.

2. No Show Policy

No Refund: If you or a member of your group does not show up, no refund will be given.

3. Late Arrival Policy

No Refund: If you or a member of your group does not show up on time, no refund will be given. Your booking time will also NOT be extended.

4. Reschedule by Customer

No Reschedule Allowed: Bookings CANNOT be rescheduled. You will not be allowed to prepone or postpone your booking.

5. Cancellation by Operator

Full Refund: You will get a full refund or have the option to reschedule the booking if your booking is cancelled by the operator due to:

Unfavorable weather conditions
Technical or operational reasons
Restrictions by government authorities (police / defense authorities / etc.)

6. Change of Yacht

Not Allowed: It is NOT possible to change the yacht after your booking is confirmed.

7. Maximum Guest Capacity

Strict Limit: It is NOT possible to exceed the maximum allowed guest capacity of the yacht. Each child and adult are counted as 1 person in the total guest count.
